The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.08.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Petition No. MNT/125/38/2016 titled as "Ujala Paul Goyal & Anr. Vs. Manu Goyal", pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panchkula, Haryana. "

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 01.09.2016 by registered AD post and as per tracking reports notice was delivered to respondent no.2. Copy of the tracking reports is enclosed with this office report but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no.2.

It is further submitted that Mr. Devesh Kumar Tripathi, Advocate has on 29.09.2016 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance alongwith counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 .

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.09.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. The matter to be heard along with Transfer Petition (Criminal) No. 279 of 2016. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Petition No. Coma/44/2016 titled as 'Ujala Paul Goyal v. Manu Goyal & Ors.' pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panchkula, Haryana."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole respondent on 16.09.2016 through Registered A.D.Post and as per tracking report notice was delivered to sole respondent on 20.09.2016 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of sole respondent so far.

It is further submitted that Respondent No.1 is common in T.P.(Crl) 279 of 2016 and T.P.(Crl) 299 of 2016(sole respondent) but Mr. Devesh Kumar Tripathi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on T.P.(Crl.) 279 of 2016 only.

Service of notice is complete in both the matters.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
