The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on

16-12-2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for both the parties agree that the matter be referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of settlement.

We, therefore, direct the parties to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre, New Delhi on 13.01.2017 at 11.00 A.M.

The Incharge, Supreme Court Mediation Centre, New Delhi after making an endeavour for amicable resolution of the disputes, shall submit a report to this Court thereafter within four weeks.

List the matter on receipt of the report from the Mediator."

Accordingly, copy of Court's Order dated 16-12-2016 was sent to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre as well as parties were also informed to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 13-01-2017 vide this Registry's letter dated 21-12-2016.

It is submitted that Mediation Report dated 11-02-2017 has been received from the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. Copy of the Mediation Report has been included in the paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
