TRANSFER PETITION (CRIMINAL) NO. 279 of 2016
The Transfer Petition above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16-08-2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Petition No. MNT/125/38/2016 titled as "Ujala Paul Goyal & Anr. Vs. Manu Goyal", pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panchkula, Haryana."
Accordingly, notice was issued to both the Respondents through Registered A.D. Post on 01-09-2016 and as per track report notice was delivered to Respondent No. 2.
It is submitted that Mr. Devesh Kr. Tripathi, Advocate has on 29-09-2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 alongwith Counter Affidavit after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 7-12-2016 filed rejoinder affidavit. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The Transfer Petition above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 2-9-2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Issue notice. The matter to be heard along with Transfer Petition (Criminal) No. 279 of 2016. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Petition No. Coma/44/2016 titled as 'Ujala Paul Goyal v. Manu Goyal & Ors.' pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panchkula, Haryana. "
Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole Respondent through Registered A.D. Post on 16-09-2016.
