It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 206, 205, 204 and 69 days in filing Special Leave Petition against Judgment and order dated 16th/17th/18th December, 2013 and 2nd May, 2014 passed by the High Court of Gujart at Ahmedabad in First Appeal No. 2757 of 2013, 2783 of 2013 and 2757 of 2013 respectively and delay of 46 days in refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 90619110 of 2011 arising out of similar issue are pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of the record of proceeding dated 31.10.2011 is included herewith)
