It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 31913236 of 2015 arising out of similar issue were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.01.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court.(copy of record of proceeding dated 27.01.2015 is included as Annexure P3 at page No. 61 in the paper books). (Main matter is Civil Appeal Nos. 90619110 of 2011.)
