In view of the long experience in the field as Electricity Worker/Mazdoor, it will be open to the petitioners to make an appropriate representation before the Kerala State Electricity Board Limited.
It will be open to the Kerala State Electricity Board Limited to consider the same and the Award and the impugned judgment shall not stand in the way of the Board taking an independent view.
Subject to the above, the special leave petitions are disposed of.
