Ld. counsel who entered appearance on the last date of hearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5 has filed a letter stating therein that he is no longer appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5, though service was complete on the said respondents still none has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per office report, respondent Nos.6 and 7 have failed to file counter affidavit, despite the grant of last opportunity. It has been submitted by Ld. counsel for the said respondents that counter affidavit would be filed during the course of the day. Let the same be filed. If counter affidavit is filed during the course of the day, let the same be taken on record, else further opportunity to file the same would stand declined.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.

As per office report, Ld.Counsel for the petitioner has failed to take appropriate steps, despite the grant of last opportunity with regard to deceased respondent Nos.10 and 11. However, it has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that respondent Nos.10 and 11 are alive and have been served in the other matters. If it is so, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time, as last opportunity, to take fresh steps for service on respondent Nos.10 and 11. If fresh steps are taken within the time granted, notice be issued immediately and list on 17.4.2025.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application seeking substitution of the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.27 but the same is still defective, as per the office report. It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that defects have been made with regard to the Death Certificate and it is not possible to furnish the same. It has been further submitted that the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

In light of the submission made above by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
