It has been pointed out by Mr. S. Muralidhar, learned senior counsel that in the dual prayer made in the Writ Petition, the second is really a sequiter to the first. The first prayer has worked itself out and the show cause notice dated 04.02.2023 since stands withdrawn.

In our view, the show cause notice having been withdrawn, no purpose is served by keeping this petition alive and if the petitioners seek to work out any other remedies arising from any other Clauses of the agreement, it is open for them to do so in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, at this stage, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that he seeks to withdraw the petition.

Permission granted.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid.
