Prima facie, we are not inclined to entertain the present $\mathbf{1}.\quad$ writ petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India.

2. Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on account of order passed by this Court in C.A. Nos. 621-700 of 2023 titled as B. Ravi Prakash Etc. Vs. Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board & Ors. Etc. the High Court would not be in a position to entertain this writ petition.

3. As the said order is rendered by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, it will be, therefore, appropriate to place the present matter before the Bench presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul.

4. The Registry is directed to do the needful after obtaining appropriate order(s) from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India.
