UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant - petitioner. 1.

$2.$ The learned counsel submits that respondent Nos.8, 9, 10 and were made party respondents as they were the subsequent $11$ purchasers, but no relief as such is claimed against these respondents. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that the contesting party respondents are respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel, thus, prays for deletion of respondent Nos.8 to 11 from the array of respondents.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the petitioner -4. applicant is permitted to delete respondent Nos.8 to 11 from the array of respondents at his wish and risk.

Amended cause title be furnished by the learned counsel 10:25:4 Cordinalv.

6. Application is disposed of accordingly.
