The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mr. R. Ayyam Perumal, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 14.7.2015 and 31.7.2015 passed by the Special Judge, (PC Act) (CBI)-7 in CC No.07/14, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

It is submitted that Crl.A.Nos.562-563/2015 and Crl.A.Nos.560-561/2015 challenging the order passed by the Special Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in closure report No. 03/14 in R.C. No.220/13 E 0011 whereby the Trial Court took cognizance of offence against Dr. Manmohan Singh and Shri Kumar Mangalam Birla u/s 120-B/409/IPC/13(1)(c) and 13(1)(d) and under P.C. Act, 1988 with regard to the alleged irregularities in the allotment of Talabira-II Coal Block is pending for hearing.

It is further submitted that W.P.(Crl.) No. 120/2012 relating to "Coal Block" allocation is pending before the Special Bench.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
