It is submitted that Mr. Devesh Kumar Tripathi, Advocate has on 29.1.2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from the Respondent No. 3 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent No. 3.

SLP (C) No. 27305/2015(Total 61 respondents)

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service upon respondent Nos. 18 and 61 so far. A.D. card duly signed has been received back from Respondent No. respondent No. 61, but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 61 so far.

It is further submitted that no Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 117 and 1960 so far. No power of attorney has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 and 47 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent no. 18.

It is submitted that Mr. Devesh Kumar Tripathi, Advocate filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 19 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. A.D. card duly signed has been received back from Respondent No. 10 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 10 so far.

It is submitted that A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 57 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back from the Respondent Nos. 2, 4,and 8 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on 2, 4 and 8.

It is submitted that Mr. Devesh Kumar Tripathi, Advocate filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 14 and 17 but Mr.Umang Shankar, Advocate has already filed Vakalatnama & memo of Appearance on their behalf and he has not taken NOC from Mr. Umang Shankar, Advocate.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service upon respondent nos. 8, 1113, 24, 33, 42, 45, 47 and 58 to 81 so far.

It is further submitted that A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 8, 1113, 24, 33, 45, 47, 5862, and 74 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. No Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 17, 910, 1423, 2532, 3441, 4344, 46, 4857 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 42, 6373, 7581.

It is submitted that Mr. Devesh Kumar Tripathi,

Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 3, but no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back from the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 6 and 7.

It is submitted that Mr. Devesh Kumar Tripathi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2, 46, 13 and 16 and 18 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 12, 14 , 15 and 17, but no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back from the Respondent Nos. 11 and 19 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 11 and 19.

SLP (C) No. 27676/2015(Total 33 respondents)

It is submitted that Mr. Devesh Kumar Tripathi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 125 and 2730 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 3133, but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 3133. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from the Respondent No. 26 so far.
