UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 5539/2022

Four weeks time is granted to all respondents to file the counter affidavit. After expiry of four weeks, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court.

SLP(C) No. 11658/2022

Four weeks time is granted to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to file the counter affidavit. After expiry of four weeks, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court.

SLP(C) No. 11931/2022

The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on sole respondent but none has entered appearance on his behalf. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of two weeks.

Service of notice is complete on respondent No. 2 but none has entered appearance on his behalf.

Respondent No.1 has forwarded a letter dated 30.6.2022 stating therein that due to financial constraint he is unable to engage Advocate and has requested for legal aid. The same be communicated to SCLSC for providing legal aid, as per rules to Respondent No.1.

Four weeks time is given to respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 to file the counter affidavit.

Two weeks time is given to Ld. Counsel for petitioners to file application for substitution in respect of deceased Respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of two weeks,as a last chance file the fresh particulars of respondent Nos. 8 and 9 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them and in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 and 6 within the same period.
