UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER It is stated at the Bar that the National Green Tribunal $(\mathbb{R}\texttt{GT})$ is seized of the matter and the same is to be heard finally

on $01.08.2023$ .

We notice that there is an interim order which has been granted by this Court, staying the order of the High Court (which has also been continued).

In the circumstances, we find that the interim order ought to be continued, till the next date of hearing.

In the meanwhile, both the parties to co-operate with the NGT for expeditious conclusion of the proceedings.

The pendency of this special leave petition shall not come in the way of hearing of the main matter by NGT.
