As per office report, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent no.2 despite last opportunity having been granted. However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed application for substitution in respect of the deceased respondent no.2 on Friday. Registry to verify and update the records and process accordingly. If filed, process as per rules else, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
