In view of the above, the matter stands disposed of by directing the respondent – Insurance Company to deposit the additional sum of Rupees Four Lakhs with the MACT, Ballari within four weeks from today. Thereafter, the deposited sum be released to the petitioner(s) (claimant(s)) by the Tribunal.
