Permission to file special leave petition(s) is granted.
I.A. No.117750/2021-application for deletion of deceased respondent (Nanjundappa) is allowed at the risk of the petitioner(s).
I.A. No.117753/2021-application for impleadment is allowed subject to all just exceptions.
Our attention was invited to orders passed by this Court in Special Leave Petition (C) Diary No.2563 of 2020 dated 28.02.2020 as also the review petition (C) No.58 of 2021 dated 07.07.2021. That petition(s) pertain to land situated in Village Harsoor, District Gulbarga, which is only 20 acres and 28 guntas covered under the notification dated 05.07.1990.
The present cases pertain to separate
notification(s) and different villages concerning acquisition of about 13000 acres of land for the purpose of four different projects spread over in different villages and the compensation amount determined by the High Court will have direct impact on all these projects.
Delay condoned.
Leave granted.
In view of the number of public projects involved, we deem it appropriate to expedite the hearing of these matters.
List these matters in the second week of February, 2022, high on board.
