The office report for directions dated 26.08.2016 in the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judgeinchamber's on 02nd September, 2016 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Four weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to file application for substitution to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No. 3."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that M/s. S. M. Jadhav & Co., Counsel for the petitioners has on 19.11.2016 filed common application for bringing the LRs of deceased respondent Nos.2 to 4 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing the application for substitution with prayer for setting aside abatement. The said application is barred by time by 2585 days in respect of deceased respondent No. 3 and 585 days in respect of deceased respondent No. 4. In para 5 of the application for substitution, counsel for the petitioners has stated that respondent No. 2 has died issueless on 17.05.2015. The applications have been registered as I. A. Nos. 2 and 3 respectively.

The applications in the matter abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this report.
