OFFICE REPORT ON DEFAULT

The matter above mentioned alongwith other connected matters were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 22nd July, 2015, when the following inter-alia order was passed :-

"SLP(C) Nos. 7808 and 7809/2014

The office report indicates that although vide order dated 30.3.2015 of this Court four weeks' time as last chance was given to Learned Counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for the service of notice to unserved sole respondent, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter. List again on 29.9.2015."

Subsequently, office report on default dated 6 th October, 2015 in the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court(In Chambers) on 3 rd November, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"One week's time is granted to the petitioners to ensure compliance of the office report dated 06.10.2015.

In case, it is noticed that the petitioners have not ensured the compliance even after granting one week, appropriate order would be passed, if required, keeping in view the non-compliance made by the petitioners."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to the Sole Respondent on 20th November, 2015. A period of more than thirty days elapsed from the date of issue of notice by registered post but neither AD card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from the Sole Respondent so far.

Service is incomplete on Sole Respondent.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
