UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

A perusal of the office report on default reveals that Statement of Case has not been filed on behalf of both the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks further time so as to enable him to file statement of case. Prayer is allowed. Four weeks time is granted to the learned counsel for the appellants to file Statement of Case. The same be filed in the Registry of this Court, subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- as costs. The costs shall be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.

Liberty is thereafter granted to the respondents to file Statement of Case within 35 days.
