It is submitted that the instant matter is an after notice matter and there are three respondents in this matter.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 1 and 2 and the same have been included in the Special Leave Petition paper books for perusal of the Hon'ble Court. Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 3/State of Haryana.

It is further submitted that Dr. Kailash Chand, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 09.12.2013 filed rejoinder affidavit. Copy of the rejoinder affidavit has been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper Books for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Dr. Kailash Chand, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 20.01.2014 filed applications for exemption from filing official translation and bringing on record additional facts and documents. Applications have been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 3903 and 4526 of 2014. Copy of the applications have been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper Books for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned is, therefore, listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
