The Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. However, Ld. Counsel has stated that he will file the counter affidavit today itself.

Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent No. 2.
