The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 4 th September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :-

"Permission to file the special leave petitions is granted. Delay condoned. Issue notice. Mr. L.N. Rao, learned senior counsel has entered caveat and appeared for Respondent No. 3. Four weeks' time is allowed to file counter affidavit.

Issue notice to other respondents."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. G. N Reddy, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 13th October, 2015 filed an Application for Stay and the same is registered as IA No. 6-7 and is placed before Hon'ble Court's kind perusal.

It is further submitted that notice was issued on 6 th October, 2015. There are 13 Respondents in SLP(C) No. 25903 of 2015 and 3 Respondents in SLP(C) No. 25904 of 2015. Mr. Deeptakirti Verma, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) No. 25904 of 2015, but not filed counter affidavit.

It is also submitted that Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, Advocate has on 16th September, 2015 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in both SLPs. Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 3 and 10 through AD cards in SLP(C) No. 25903 of 2015, but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 4 to 9 and 11 to 13 in SLP(C) No. 25903 of 2015.

The aforesaid application in the matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
