UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

On 04.11.2022 when this case was taken up, it was pointed out that the 01.02.2022 order of the High Court

challenged in this Special Leave Petition, was implemented and the concerned respondents who belong to Telangana, are presently undergoing the post graduate course in medical colleges, situated in the State of Andra Pradesh. This Court then directed that irrespective of the decision of this Court in the present matter, the admission secured by the respondents, shall not be disturbed.

2. In view of the above development in pursuance of the judgment of the High Court on 01.02.2022, Mr. Y. Raja Gopala Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the petitioner(s) would not like to press this Special Leave Petition, subject to the question of law being kept open.

3. The above submission of the petitioner(s) is not opposed by Mr. Byrapaneni Suyodhan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Taking note of the above, the proceedings are ordered to be closed, leaving the question of law, if any, to be decided in an appropriate proceeding.
