UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Court Master has handed over to us the Report received from the Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee made pursuant to the order of this Court dated January 18, 2013.

The Registry shall prepare requisite number of copies of the said Report for the Court as well as for the parties and supply one copy each to the concerned parties.

It will be open to the parties to respond to the Report by way of an affidavit. In the affidavit, additional facts may also be stated.
