It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.04.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in MAC. Appeal No. 151/2007 and MAC Appeal No. 307/2015. The matter initially filed on 16.08.2016 is barred by time by 6 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 03.12.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 80 days.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 33391/2016 @ CC No. 18891/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.11.2016, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of order dated 08.11.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 36816-36820/2016 @ CC Nos. 23529-23533/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.12.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 14.12.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.04.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in MAC. Appeal No. 147/2007, 303/2015 and 280/2007. The matter initially filed on 16.08.2016 is barred by time by 6 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 19.12.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 96 days.

SLP (C) CC NOS. 129-131/2017

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 28.04.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in MAC. Appeal No. 156/2007, 308/2015 and 277/2007. The matter initially filed on 16.08.2016 is barred by time by 6 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 20.12.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 97 days.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of common order.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
