It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the common Judgment and Order dated 28.04.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in MAC. APP. Nos. 148/2007, 304/2015, 163/2007, 278/2007 and 302/2015. The matter initially filed on 16.08.2016 are barred by time by 6 days. The matters were found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 28.11.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 75 days.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 33391/2016 @ SLP (C) CC No. 18891/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.11.2016, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of Order dated 08.11.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 08.12.2016 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents and the same is being circulated herewith.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
