"Delay condoned. Issue notice on SLP as well as on the prayer for interim relief."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petitioner has on 21.12.2016 filed seven sets of spare copies of SLP instead of nine sets of spare copies of SLP. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed 2 more sets of spare copies of SLP despite this Registry's letter dated 23.12.2016. Hence notice could not be issued. Mr. Faisal Sherwani, Advocate has on 18.01.2017 filed an application for impledment but he has not paid the requisite Court fees. He has not paid the deficit Court fees of Rs. 400/-, despite this Registry's letter dated 19.01.2017 so far.
