The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.10.2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition as well as on the application seeking condonation of delay."

Accordingly Show Cause Notice was issued to both the Respondents through Regd. A.D. Post on 20.10.2014.

It is submitted that both the respondents have sent an application dated 22.11.2014 through post alongwith true copy and photocopy of the Order sheet and memo of Judicial Magistrate First Class at Shivamogga stating therein that the matter has been settled between the parties and the Complaint has been dismissed before Trial Court but the documents are not supported by an affidavit. However, copy of the same is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that the respondents have not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance, so far.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
