The learned Advocate, Mr. Dhruv Bhattacharya, appearing on behalf of Mr. Praveen Kumar, Advocate-on-Record has made a submission at Bar that he would be filing counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 during the course of the week (as the counter affidavit is supposed to be filed within four weeks as ordered by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 2.1.2014).

On filing of the process fee and spare copies within two weeks, notice be issued to respondent Nos.3 to 6 through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.
