The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23rd December, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.A No. 343 of 2015. There is delay of 363 days in filing SLP and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 15009 of 2016 arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th May, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to " Issue Notice" and now the said matter is pending.
