The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and order dated 23rd December, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature, at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh in W.A. No. 343 of 2015.
It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that an application for condonation of delay has been flied in filing special leave petition as there is a delay of 41 days, 44 days and 45 days respectively in filing the special leave.
It is further submitted that Mr. Sridhar Potaraju, counsel for the petitioners in all matters has filed an application for deletion of Proforma Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in all matters and the same are placed below for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.
It is also submitted that counsel in SLP (C)...CC No. 8917 of 2016 has vide letter dated 5 th May, 2016 stated that copy of order dated 5 th August, 2015 is not necessary and relevant for purpose of adjudication of matter and order 29th January, 2015 is not available as the petitioners were not party in the said order. (A copy of letter dated 05.05.2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court)
It is lastly submitted that Mr. Sridhar Potaraju, counsel for the Petitioner in SLP (C)...CC No. 9313 of 2016 has vide letter dated 9 th May, 2016 requested for tagging the matter with SLP (C)....CC No. 8917 of 2016. Further, the counsel has vide letter dated 10th May, 2016 has stated that course of action in SLP (C)...CC No. 8917 of 2016 & 9313 of 2016 are different, counsel has also stated that copy of order dated 05.08.2015, 15.07.2011, 08.09.2011, 18.01.2013 & 29.01.2015 are not available to him as he is not a party to such proceedings, order dated 05.08.2015 has been extracted in the impugned Judgment at Para 3 of Page 2. Further Annexure P-10 has been filed as was received from the office of the Sub-Registrar Tirupati, Rural. (A copy of letter dated 09.05.2016 & 10.05.2016 are enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court).
The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
