The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 12th February, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 15504 of 2015.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 74 days in filing special leave petition. Counsel for the petitioner has on 25th July, 2016 filed application for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is registered as I.A. No. 1 of 2016. Counsel for the petitioner has further filed application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order dated 12.02.2016 and application for exemption from filing official translation.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No.....CC Nos. 14239-14240 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue is to be listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5 th August, 2016 (Court No. 8 & Item No. 19).

The applications alongwith maters above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
