The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23rd December, 2015, 29th January, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Appeal No. 343 of 2015, W.P No. 29052 of 2014 and Writ Appeal No. 343 of 2015 respectively .
It is further submitted that there is delay of 371, 372, 371 and 370 days in filing SLP in SLP(C)..CC No. 7659 of 2017, SLP(C)..CC No. 7680 of 2017 , SLP(C)..CC No. 7886 of 2017 and SLP(C)..CC No. 7893 of 2017 respectively. Counsel has filed applications for Condonation of delay in all the matters.
It is further submitted that there is delay of 285 days in filing SLP in SLP(C)..CC No. 7677 of 2017 and Counsel for the Petitioner has also filed an application for condonation of delay and the said application is registered as I.A No. 1 of 2017.
It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel has on 11th April, 2017 filed a letter stating therein copy of the Order dated 29.01.2015 in W.P No. 31409 of 2014 passed by the High Court where the Petitioner is not a party in the Writ Petition. Copy is not available with the Petitioner and not relevant in this matter and Exhibits and Order copy dated 29.01.2015, 01.06.2015, 05.08.2015, 29.07.2010, 08.09.2011, 15.03.2011 & 31.12.2012 are not necessary for adjudication of the SLP. Copy of letter dated 11th April, 2017 enclosed at Page No. 136 of SLP paper-books.
It is also submitted that SLP(C)..CC No. 7243 of 2017 arising out of same judgment is listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th April, 2017. (Court No.7 , Item No. 29).
It is also submitted that Mr. K. P Mavi, Advocate has on 10th April, 2017 filed applications for Impleadment of Respondent with affidavit in SLP(C)..CC Nos. 7659 of 2017, SLP(C)..CC No. 7680 of 2017, SLP(C)..CC No. 7886 of 2017 and SLP(C)..CC No. 7893 of 2017 and the said applications are being circulated unregistered before the Hon'ble Court.
