The ld. counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps by providing fresh address for effecting service on respondent no.10 within four weeks time.

Despite order, application for substitution has not been filed on record to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent nos. 2 and 9. However, as last opportunity four weeks time is granted to the same. No further opportunity be hereinafter granted.
