Telangana vide impugned interim order dated 21.03.2023, is called in

question.

In our view, instead of entertaining these petitions which are against an interim order, we deem it appropriate to dispose of these Special Leave Petitions, with an observation that the pending writ petitions may be heard and decided on merits by the High Court. If an occasion arises for the petitioners to approach this Court again to challenge the final order, they are at liberty to raise the issue of jurisdiction also at that stage.

The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of.
