UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing for the Financial Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh, produced before us a copy of the order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the Financial Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh. The order, inter alia, records that the tenant(s) had not entered appearance; hence, their version could not be heard. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent(s)/tenant(s)

apologizes for the lapse on behalf of his client(s) and states that the tenant(s) would appear before the Financial Commissioner within a period of three weeks from today and participate in the proceedings.

A copy of this order shall be sent to the prescribed authority, requiring it to conclude the proceedings, if not already concluded, within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order is received by it.

The Financial Commissioner will thereupon pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. A copy of the order passed shall be placed on record.

The order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the Financial Commissioner, Haryana, Chandigarh, shall be placed on record by the learned counsel for the Financial Commissioner.
