(i) IA No. 263414/2024 (APPROPRIATE ORDERS/DIRECTIONS) IN CA No. 5401/2024; (ii) IA No. 93095/2024 (APPROPRIATE ORDERS/DIRECTIONS) AND IA No. 160800/2024 (CLARIFICATION/DIRECTION) IN C.A. No. 5426- 5428/2024; and (iii) IA No. 138705/2024 (APPROPRIATE ORDERS/DIRECTIONS) IN C.A. No. 5408/2024

These Applications, which are listed today, shall be listed on 17th March, 2025 along with IA Nos.32348/2025 (Intervention/Impleadment) and 32352/2025(Intervention/Impleadment) in Civil Appeal No.5440/2024. The Registry will ensure that the listed Applications and the counter affidavits, if any, filed to the Applications are kept on the top of the case file. A copy of the report dated 17th February, 2025 be furnished by the Registry to the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
