UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Pursuant to order dated 9th December, 2024 passed by this Court, a detailed report dated 23rd January, 2025 has been submitted by the OMC. Soft copies of the report be furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the parties. All other pending applications except I.A. No.263414 of 2024 shall be forwarded by the Registry to OMC headed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Bhaskar Bhattacharya. The committee shall look into the prayers made in the applications after hearing all concerned parties and submit a report to this Court on or before 28th March, 2025.

We clarify that even I.A. No.143795 of 2024 shall be also forwarded to the Committee which shall be considered by the Committee.

I.As. on which order dated 9th December, 2024 has been passed shall be placed on 28th February, 2025. I.A. No.263414 of 2024 shall be also listed on that day. We make it clear that I.A. Nos.93095 of 2024, I.A. No.160800 of 2024 and I.A. No.138705 of 2024 are the applications on which order dated 9th December, 2024 was passed and these are the I.As. which will be considered on 28th February, 2025.

We request the Committee to submit the report to this Court regarding funds available as of today with the company.

We request the Committee to forward the report on this aspect to this Court on or before 25th February, 2025.

If any of the parties before the Committee want to file written submissions, the Committee will permit the Advocates to file written submissions not exceeding five pages.
