The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 18.02.2016, when the following Order was passed:

" Respondent Nos.14 and 15 to file counter affidavit within four weeks. Registry to verify the vakalatnama with regard to respondent No.14. Await service of respondent Nos.1 to 13. List again on 3.5.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of Estate Officer, HUDA who is Respondent No. 15. However, Respondent No. 14 is HUDA through Chief Administrator but it is not clear in the vakalatnama whether vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of both Respondent Nos. 14 & 15. No Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 14 & 15 so far.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 113 so far.

Service is incomplete on Respondent No. 13.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
