It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate on 14.08.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 21.02.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 13105 of 1993 (O&M) along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 449 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 24 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 473 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.29143 of 2014 @ CC no. 16383 of 2014 Entitled HUDA And Anr Versus Ram Prakash Bika And Ors arising out of same

Judgment was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 17.10.014. SLP is pending (Copy of order dated 17.10.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 1892618942 of 2014 @ CC Nos. 89969012 of 2014 Entitled The State of Haryana & Anr. Versus Bharat Singh & Ors. Etc. etc. referred to on page 'H' of list of dates was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 11.07.2014. (Copy of order dated 11.07.2014 is annexed as Annexure P4 at page no. 38 in the paper books).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
