UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Mr. Naveen R. Nath, learned counsel for the respondent husband submits that although earlier efforts for settlement have failed, still the respondent is very keen and desirous of having the matrimonial disputes resolved through the process of mediation. He suggests that respondent shall bear the travelling and other incidental expenses of the petitioner and her father for coming to Delhi from Tinsukia (Assam).
Having regard to above, we refer the matter to the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. The parties shall appear before the Co ordinator, Delhi High Court Mediation Centre on April 2, 2013 at 11 A.M.. The Co-ordinator, Delhi High Court Mediation Centre shall send his report within two months of the appearance of the parties.
List the matter thereafter.
The above order is conditional upon the respondent paying a sum of Rs. 40,000/- to the petitioner by way of banker cheque/demand draft/pay order so as to reach her at her residential address set-out in the Transfer Petition on or before March 15, 2013.
