application dated 27.09.2014 signed by the parties. The application for compounding the offence in C.C.No.410/2009 is allowed in accordance with the terms set out in the application. In view of the compounding, Criminal Complaint in C.C. No.410 of 2009 filed against the applicant-petitioner, before XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in the State of Telangana, is hereby quashed. The petitioner stands acquitted.

The applicant-petitioner, however, shall pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks.

The special leave petition is accordingly disposed of.
