UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The application for exemption from surrendering is allowed subject to depositing of a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees seven lakhs) with the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks failing which the special leave petition shall stand dismissed.
In case the deposit is made, the Registry shall place the matter before the appropriate Bench immediately.
