Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 1 and 2, there is no appearance on their behalf.

However Dr. Monika Gussain, Ld. Advocate-on-Record has appeared on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

She seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 9 is dispensed with vide Hon'ble Courts' order dated 09.02.2024.

Four weeks time, as a last chance is granted to respondent No. 3 to file counter affidavit.

After expiry of the said period, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
