CIVIL APPEAL NO. 1531 OF 2011 There are two Respondents and are represented through the Counsel. Service is complete. Original Record is available. It is submitted that Ms. Kirti R. Mishra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and appearance on 27th August, 2012 and also Mr. R.S. Jena, Advocate has on 4th September, 2012 filed Vakalatnama and appearance for both Respondent but he did not clarify the position.
