The Transfer Petition above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 8-9-2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Taken on Board. Issue notice. In the meantime, there shall be a stay of i) further proceedings in Matrimonial Case No.A-2140 of 2011 titled as "Treveni Amit Kumar Sarkar vs. Amit Kumar Sarkar" under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai (Maharashtra);. ii) further proceedings in the Counter claim filed by the respondent being M.J. Petition No.A-2140 of 2011 titled "Amit Kumar Sarkar vs. Treveni Amit Kumar Sarkar" under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai (Maharashtra). "

Accordingly, notice was issued to the common sole respondent in both the matters through registered A.D. post on 26-09-2015.

It is submitted that Ms. Pragya Baghel, Advocate has on 16-10-2015 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of

Appearance on behalf of sole Respondent and has also filed Counter Affidavit after serving its copy on the

other side. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
