Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the connected matters including SLP (Civil) No.7389 of 2024 are listed before a Coordinate Bench of this Court comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice J.K. Maheshwari and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal and were lastly listed on 22nd July, 2024. He submits that due to the bona fide inadvertence, the said fact has not been pointed out to the Registry due to which, this matter has been listed before this Bench.

2. List this matter before the same Bench that is seized of SLP (Civil) No.7389 of 2024, after obtaining suitable orders from Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India.
