Four weeks' time is granted to the Ld. Counsel for the

petitioner to file affidavit of dasti service in respect of the unserved respondents as per office report.

Service is complete on the sole respondent in SLP(C) No.3461/2017 but none has entered appearance.

The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Tushar, appearing on behalf of Mr.Anil Kumar Gautam, Advocate-on-record appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 in SLP(C)No.23243/2016, respondent Nos.6 and 7 in SLP(C) Nos.24453-24458/2016 and respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No.1617/2017 submitted that he has filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No.24453-24458/2016 and that he is going to file vakalatnama on behalf of the remaining respondents in SLP(C) No.1617/2017. He further submitted that he is going to adopt the counter affidavit already filed in the remaining matters.
