It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 17.04.2015 & 29.01.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in CWP No. 3734 of 2015 and in Review Petition No. 35 of 2016 in CWP No. 3734 of 2015. The matter filed against order dated 17.04.2015 is barred by time by 356 days and matter filed against order dated 29.01.2016 is barred by time by 69 days. He has also filed an application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order (unregistered). All the applications have been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that CC Nos. 13463-64/2016 arising out of common relied upon order is pending for listing for want of documents.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of office Orders dated 27.10.2014 and 16.02.2015 mentioned in the impugned order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 18.07.2016 and the same is placed at page No. 284 of SLP paper books.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
